Hola! I’m Amanda. At the heart of my beautifully chaotic life are four incredible kids, a deep faith in God, and an overflowing cup of strong (Nicaraguan) coffee. Our path led us from raising cattle under the vast Texas sky to building a life in the vibrant culture and raw beauty of Nicaragua’s Caribbean coast.
My world revolves around family, managing multiple businesses across continents (the familiar ones in the USA and the exciting new ones taking root here), and seeking grace in the daily juggle. I believe fiercely in kindness (the golden rule guides me), the transformative power of music, and the quiet refuge found in a good book.
Nicaragua is my classroom. I’m learning to see the world anew through my camera lens, constantly inspired by Nicaragua’s humble people, the Caribbean turquoise waters, and distant volcanoes on the horizon. Life here is an adventure, a challenge, and an immense blessing.
